The overall goal of our Pediatric Grand Rounds Series is to provide comprehensive, up to date, and well-rounded, educational topics to pediatric providers at all stages of training. We aim to raise awareness of important topics in pediatrics related to basic research, patient safety, clinical care, advocacy, and faculty well-being and resilience.

1. Describe the ways in which statewide partnerships were activated to create systems that worked for patients and providers? during Operation Allies Welcome.
2. Outline processes and partnerships formed at one children's hospital to improve the care of Afghan refugee children during resettlement.
