In its fourth year, this event has grown to encompass robust and significant conversations in the microbiome and cancer research communities. For the first time we are pleased to offer continuing education credits to best serve the needs of our audiences. We are also pleased to bring internationally recognized speakers to this exciting event.

While this event is hosted for the University of Minnesota community, healthcare professionals and researchers from other institutions are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this course, learners should be able to:

  1. Discuss microbiome composition and diversity as it relates to patient health
  2. Identify study areas where the microbiome may be clinically impactful
  3. Identify potential collaborators with whom to partner for future studies
  4. List resources available to carry out microbiome and host-microbe interaction studies

Registration

In-Person Registration

Registration is limited to 150 in-person attendees. We encourage you to register in advance. On-site registration cannot be guaranteed as in-person registration will close once this number has been reached.

If on-site registration is available, all on-site registrants must use their own device to submit their registration and payment by credit card via CE Portal (cash/check not accepted). Registration through CE Portal is required even if attendance is free-of-charge.

Special needs, such as dietary restrictions, lactation room, etc. cannot always be honored on site. You are encouraged to register in advance to ensure any special requests can be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy

In the event you need to cancel your registration, the registration fee, less a $5 administrative fee, will be refunded
if you notify us by 4:30 p.m. Central Time two weeks prior to the start of the conference (Friday, August 30, 2024).
Refund requests after this date are subject to review.
