The Clinical Pathology Case Conference - Journal Club presentations are reviews of current/former patients seen at the University of in local hospitals who present with unusual or unidentifiable complaints and who are referred to the Department faculty for further review and or follow up for diagnosis. The patients are presented (fully blinded) and a view of the differential diagnosis is then discussed and further testing identified and explained. The Journal Club is a review of research material published identifying issues with past or current research and diagnosis. The study material presented along with methods is discussed and then the trainee discusses its relevance to the University and its laboratory methods and procedures.

1. Review the current guidelines for the classification of DLBCL/HGBCL
2. Overview of DLBCL/HGBL (double hit and triple hit)
3. Discuss the prognostic significance of BCL6 double hit lymphomas compared to other subtypes.
