This is a series of faculty development sessions for the Division of Hospital Medicine’s faculty members to learn and share various knowledge and skills necessary for longitudinal career development as academic hospitalists.

  • 3rd Wednesday 12-1p: Zoom only

  • 4th Wednesday 12-1p: hybrid- Zoom or Mayo A503

  • Last Wednesday 4-5p: In-person Mayo A420


Objectives
At the conclusion of this course, learners should be able to:

  1. Summarize updates in diagnosis, treatment and research for various medical conditions.
  2. Compare diagnostic and treatment options with team members.
  3. Discuss appropriate strategies to address patient or team-based issues.
