The one-day virtual conference, A World of Possibilities: ITNS 2024 Virtual Conference was held on October 15, 2024. The conference was recorded and is made available to ITNS Members. The course will highlight the pivotal role transplant nurses play in advancing patient care, education, and research on a global scale. Presenters will explore the diverse ways in which transplant nurses impact patient outcomes, shape clinical practices, and influence healthcare policies across various regions. Presentations from transplant experts, a transplant recipient, and other healthcare teams who collaborate in the care of the transplant recipient will share their experiences, challenges, and successes in the transplant sphere. Participants will gain insights into the global reach of transplant nursing, the importance of collaboration across borders, and strategies for enhancing their own influence in the field.
